Samsung’s new Notebook 7 Spin is now on sale. Here’s all you need to know.
The Notebook 7 Spin features a 1920 x 1080p LCD touchscreen and will be available in both 13.3″ and 15.6″ versions.
The 13.3″ version weighs in at 3.9 pounds and contains an Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB RAM. The 15.6″ weighs 5 pounds and contains an i7 with NVIDIA 940MX GPU.
The 15.6 version comes in two different configurations – the pricer one containing 16GB RAM, a 128GB SSD and a 1TB hard drive. The cheaper version contains only 12GB RAM and no SSD.
The Notebook 7 Spin’s most attractive feature is, of course, the fact that it can rotate 360 degrees. This enables it to act as both a laptop and a tablet without needing two separate devices.
It also features fast charging. Charging the device for 20 minutes can be enough for up to two hours battery life. The device can also be fully charged in 90 – 100 minutes, depending on the model.
It comes installed with Windows 10 and includes its Continuum feature allowing the Notebook 7 Spin to adapt its display according to its orientation.
The Samsung Notebook 7 Spin is available now at a starting price of $799.99 (£595).
